Candidate data export and deletion

Candidates can request a copy of everything held about them and receive a ZIP of machine-readable files by e-mail, with a download link valid for 7 days.

When a candidate or user account is closed, their recordings, video frames, ID-check selfies, voice prints, CVs and report PDFs are deleted from storage by a background job, usually within minutes.
