April 30th, 2026

April has been a busy month, focused on stability improvements and enhancing the candidate and recruiter experience.
Candidates on mobile now have a full-screen avatar experience, with an easy-to-use transcript and the same level of interactivity during AI interviews as before. It feels like speaking with an agent on Google Meet.
For the month of April 2026, we reached 86% candidate satisfaction, with candidates rating their experience 4 or 5 stars!

You can now enable candidate introduction video collection on a per-interview basis. Candidates can record a maximum 20-second introduction, giving you and your recruiters the ability to hear a quick pitch on why each candidate is the best person to join your team.

The admin portal is now easier to use, better suited to smaller screen sizes, and offers a great mobile experience — all while retaining the same functionality.

The "Standard" one-way interview is now production-ready. Our first customers are already running interviews at scale. This interview type is well suited for high-volume hiring, as it costs only 0.35 credits per interview, 3x cheaper than the interactive voice-only interview.
The pre-screening API is now available for integration into external platforms.
ATS integrations have received a number of improvements, including transparent logging, guaranteed delivery, and higher stability.

Over the past two weeks, we’ve rolled out a set of improvements designed to make the experience better for both candidates and recruiters.
Here’s a quick look at what’s new:
Starting an interview now feels much more seamless.
We’ve introduced a new onboarding agent that:
plays a personalized audio welcome
listens to the candidate’s setup
offers a short, friendly encouragement before the interview begins
This helps candidates confirm that their microphone and audio are working properly before they answer the first question.

Candidates now have a faster, easier way to understand how the interview works before they begin.
With the new welcome flow, they can:
quickly see what to expect
try the experience with the agent
feel fully prepared before the interview starts

We’ve refreshed and simplified both Interview and Pre-Screening reports to make them easier to review and share.
What’s included:
a cleaner, more intuitive layout
support for 32 languages
seamless use across your ATS and API integrations

Recruiters can now group interview conversations by the original question.
This makes it easier to:
see which candidate interactions belong to each question
review responses in a more structured way
access average and latest score statistics at a glance

We’ve also made several upgrades to the resume and form analysis flow, including:
additional definitions for candidate expectations
improved processing of form data collected through ATS integrations
several behind-the-scenes enhancements to make pre-screening more reliable and useful

Recruiters, you can now view the rationale behind AI-generated candidate scores directly on the results page. This makes evaluations more transparent and easier to understand.
This feature gives you access to the model’s internal reasoning. It shows the reasoning the model uses to arrive at a particular score. It may be raw or lengthy, and you may see a lot of math and references, but at the end of the day, it gives you a peek into the scoring logic.
Supports compliance and auditability
Increases confidence in scoring decisions
Helps confirm alignment with your scoring rubric
