Custom reports

Analytics now has a Custom reports section. Pick a dataset, group it, choose your measures and filters, and save the result as a report you can run any time.

Start from a JobMojito template (decision speed, monthly hiring review, candidate experience, invitation funnel, credit usage) or from a blank page. Reports start private to you and can be shared with your team, and a pinned report shows as a card on the Analytics page.

The same reports can be created and run through the API, and from Claude or any other assistant connected over MCP.
