Hiring for different company expanded
If you are hiring on behalf of an external company, you can now provide more information about that company, so the real-time agent can answer candidates' questions with better context.
New test credits
As part of the test interview feature, which can now be run on unpublished interviews as well, we have introduced a new credit type: the test interview credit. For all enterprise customers, test credits are free.
MCP integration
JobMojito is now available as an MCP server, so Claude and other AI assistants can run your hiring workflow directly. Your assistant can: Create and manage interviews, grounded in your knowledge bases Add candidates, send invitations and run pre-screening Retrieve results, scores and hiring analytics Search the JobMojito documentation when it needs to look something up The server is exposed over Streamable HTTP, so there is no local install or proxy. You sign in once with OAuth, and every tool call runs as you, respecting the permissions your account already has. If you manage hiring for more than one organization, you pick which merchant account to act on. Works with Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Claude Web, OpenAI, Gemini CLI, Cursor, VS Code, or your own agent built on an MCP SDK.
New re-design candidate's result page
We have redesigned the candidate result page to align it with the rest of the interview portal. Key changes: Two layout templates to choose from, "Bold" and "Minimalistic" A new progress element so candidates can see the state of their interview result at a glance A more readable interview transcript Give your candidates a better experience.
Role-play assessment
Alongside assessment and pre-screening interviews, JobMojito now supports role-play assessments. You can simulate: Sales calls Patient interactions HR conversations and many more use cases The setup is fully generic: you define who the avatar and the candidate represent, the assessment goals, and the rules for ending the role play. Everything runs in the same context as a standard interview, so you keep the proven scoring, risk assessment, retry management, result page, and the rest of the AI interview feature set.

Simplified Interview creation
New “Pro mode” has been implemented when creating an interview. If user choose standard mode, 5 steps has been removed from interview creation to simplify the process.
New default avatars
We reworked, simplified and finetune default avatars and voices for all 32 languages. Now you can confidently select an avatar that you like out of the box.
Microphone test improvements
During microphone test, there are two additional algorithms assessing: Background noise Speech to text recognition confidence If there are any issues with them, candidate will receive feedback from the test agent about the potential issues.
Realtime notification when speech recognition confidence is low
In the realtime, candidates will receive a notification “toast” during the interview, when recognition confidence is low so they could move closer to the microphone or speak louder
Publish interview modal
Recruiters now will have a chance to review interview and have AI confirmation of the interview quality before publishing it.

During the conversation, candidates can interrupt the agent for 3 seconds while it's speaking. Our platform automatically rolls back the turn so the candidate can continue with their response.
